On the topic of Self-Inhibition and AI

To me, self-inhibition once meant that I could think of the beyond and then regulate my actions to achieve a socially acceptable and self-preserving outcome.

Thanks to AI research, I have the added perspective of “thinking of the beyond” as just the undesired firing of neurons getting in the way of completing a task efficiently.

Our biological neuro net wired brain is no different than our digital counterparts; they unduly will think beyond as they sequence their engineer's intended outcome.

Be it for good or bad; thoughts will be thunk. Is this perhaps what we have coined intrusive thoughts?
